Order Test Vouchers

Voucher Facts

  • Vouchers can only be ordered in batches of ten (10) per order form. (If you require more, you must submit an additional form.)
  • Only members of the ONC/HITECH Community College Consortia and other eligible entities (e.g., other accredited academic institutions, health care employers, state and local employment agencies, organizations within the United States military, and electronic health record (EHR) vendors) in the United States (and U.S. territories) can request vouchers.
  • Individual test takers cannot place an order for vouchers.
  • All vouchers are free. All vouchers are non-returnable and have no cash value.
  • Vouchers will be available for redemption on a first-come, first-served basis up to 27,500 delivered exams.
  • Vouchers are good for one use per test taker. Even if a test taker is provided with a second voucher, the test taker will not be able to use it.
  • Vouchers will be fulfilled electronically in an Excel spreadsheet to the email address provided by the requestor.
  • Voucher requestors are responsible for distributing vouchers to test takers and managing their inventory of used, unused, and expired vouchers. When vouchers are emailed to requestors, Pearson VUE will include a “candidate communication” template that requestors can use to email the vouchers to candidates.
  • Voucher requestors are responsible for ensuring that only one (1) voucher is issued to each test taker.
  • Voucher requestors are responsible for ensuring that they issue vouchers only to citizens of the United States.
  • Vouchers expire 4 months from the date they are issued. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended. The exam must be taken by the expiration date provided by Pearson VUE.
  • The HIT Pro voucher program ends April 1, 2013. Vouchers are invalid for use after this date.

Please note: Voucher requestors are encouraged to use Internet Explorer 8.x or higher, and should make sure www.pearsonvue.com is added as a trusted site. If you receive an error after submitting your voucher request OR do not receive confirmation of your order within 30 minutes please send an email to PearsonVUEVoucherStore@Pearson.com. Please include your company name that was entered on your request form in your email.
